The University of Washington School of Social Work understands the financial challenges that students face to attend school. We offer some support through SSW research and scholar fellowships and links to additional funding resources through our scholarship page.
Do the Research -There are an assortment of federal, institutional and private resources available to help students finance their education. Eligibility for these funds is in many cases based on an applicants demonstrated financial need, therefore we encourage you to submit your FAFSA by the priority deadline.

The 2012-13 FAFSA is available as of January 1, 2012. The UW's priority deadline for filing the FAFSA is February 28. Don't wait until the last minute - file early. You may use estimated taxes if you or your parents have not yet filed your taxes for 2011. The UW's school code is 003798.
