This form is designed for use by departments within the SSW to collaborate on preapproved promotional merchandise that can be purchased in bulk by the School.

Please review the available options, indicate your desired quantities, and provide any necessary departmental details.  Once submitted, your request will be processed in coordination with our administrative team and a confirmation email will be sent to your applicable department head for budgetary approval.

The final cost of items is subject to change and is dependent on the total quantity ordered by the School.
