11.4.25 Joint Faculty and Staff Meeting AGENDA

We are excited for two upcoming joint Faculty and Staff Meetings (Nov. 4 and Dec. 2 from 1:30-3 pm). We have moved the meetings to be in person and are undertaking steps to implement the format change as we know this is new. For now, the calendar invitation will be updated by removing Zoom meeting link. In addition, UW is transitioning the plan administrator for retirement holdings from UW Retirement Plan (UWRP) and the Voluntary Investment Program (VIP) to TIAA Financial Consulting in January 2026. On Nov. 4 from 3-4 pm (immediately following the joint Faculty and Staff meeting), TIAA Financial Consulting Director Kevin Collins will be joining us in person in Room 305AB, with an option to join online, to discuss updates and answer questions.
