Students, faculty and staff are invited to hear SSW lecturer Scott Winn and Dr. Lorraine Gutierrez speak on Lessons From 30 Years in The Struggle of Racial Justice on May 22, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. This is the second seminar in the Luminaries Seminar Series, sponsored by the School’s MSW Community-Centered Integrative Practice specialization.

About the speakers: Dr. Lorraine Gutierrez, currently a faculty member at the University of Michigan and a former faculty member at the UW SSW, and Scott Winn, a CCIP faculty member, will share valuable lessons learned in their work in racial justice over the past 30 years.

Seminar attendees are encouraged to come with questions and their own lived experiences to learn more and build communal connection on May 22, 5–6:30 p.m., Alder Hall Auditorium, 1315 NE Campus Parkway.
