Jullie Gray

Clinical Assistant Professor

Jullie Gray has over 30 years of experience in social work, integrating leadership, clinical practice, and care management across diverse health and human service settings. She established and ran a care management practice for nearly two decades, specializing in services for older adults, people with disabilities, and their families. She has also served as a field instructor since the 1990s and teaches a variety of classes related to healthcare, research, clinical practice, and public policy.

Her practice background spans acute and emergency care, hospice, psychiatry, primary care, community health, and geriatric medical practice management. She has also served as an expert witness in elder abuse and undue influence cases.

Jullie earned a BSW and MSW from the University of Washington and a Doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She also completed a certificate in Geriatric Mental Health at the University of Washington.

Licensed as an independent clinical social worker and nationally certified care manager, Jullie’s academic and professional interests include healthcare, aging, dementia, ethics, leadership, and human-centered design. She also contributes to nonprofit and community advisory boards, advancing social justice and quality of life for vulnerable populations.
