Kelly Morrill

Kelly is a Developmental Coach working alongside Social Workers as they embark on their careers
with DCYF. She loves to share her knowledge and experience to help build strong and confident
workers, while developing safe outcomes for all children and their families.

Prior to coming to the Alliance, Kelly worked for the State of Washington for 10 years, starting at
Parke Creek Treatment Center for Youth. Kelly has eight years of experience with DCYF as a CPS
Investigator, FTDM Facilitator and most recently a Quality Practice Specialist.

Kelly graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law and
Justice and minors in both Pre-law and Corrections.
