Kim Justice (she/her) leads efforts to influence public policy related to child welfare, behavioral health, and related social issues in Washington State. Kim’s professional experience spans public policy development, legislative advocacy, executive branch leadership, and community organizing. Prior to joining P4C, Kim served as the inaugural executive director of the Office of Homeless Youth Prevention and Protection at the Washington State Department of Commerce. She has also worked at the Washington State Budget & Policy Center, Washington State House of Representatives, and Statewide Poverty Action Network.
