Patrick Olsen

Patrick comes with over 25 years of experience at the University of Washington, with his most recent role in the School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry, as a Human Resources Analyst. Prior to that, he served as the Administrator for the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences for 9 years and the Department of Communication for approximately 7 years.

In his administrative roles, he managed departmental finances, oversaw human resources functions for both faculty and staff, and supervised administrative staff. These positions gave him a strong foundation in operations, HR, and team leadership within an academic environment.

Outside of work, he enjoys attending UW football games, going for walks, and spending time at the gym. When time allows, he also likes to travel and explore new places.
