The School of Social Work welcomes Kidesti Tadesse, who will coordinate School-wide academic and student employment in her role as human resources manager. She will also support the School’s Social Development Research Group.
Kidesti (pronounced kĭ-dĭ-stē) comes from College Possible Washington, an organization that works with higher-ed institutions in partnership with Americorps to identify student employment opportunities following graduation. She brings more than 12 years of experience in academic affairs and recruitment to the School’s outstanding team of HR managers—Michelle Birdsall, Donald Berg and Abby Zorn.
Kidesti holds a BS in human development and family studies from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in Education with a focus on instructional leadership from Neumann University in Pennsylvania.
