Kathy's work at P4C includes evaluating innovative practices, and bringing data, research, and evidence to the field to enhance child welfare practice and policy. Kathy brings to P4C a strong background in program development and evaluation. She has a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Boston University and a master's in social work from the University of Washington.
