Morris graduated with his Bachelor's degree in Inter-disciplinary arts and sciences from the University of Washington Tacoma in 1999. Morris has worked with Children's Administration for 12 years. Morris has experience in several different program areas including Child and Family Welfare Services, Family Recovery Court, Family Voluntary Services. Morris was the Region 3 trainer for Building Bridges Prejudice Reduction training for Children's Administration and more recently the facilitator for Family Team Decision Making meetings. Morris was also a supervisor for 3 years and worked as a program manager for a year on special assignment at headquarters. 

Prior to Children's Administration, Morris worked for Juvenile Justice and Rehabilitation Administration as an Institution Counselor and Juvenile Parole Counselor. Morris is the father of three children and enjoys being active in his community. Morris has been volunteering as a coach through the YMCA for the last 13 years.
