Phyllis most recently worked as a Supervisor for the Department of Children, Youth and Families with oversight for Child and Family Welfare Services (CFWS), and Family Reconciliation Services (FRS). Prior, she was the Manager of Technical Assistance with Casey Family Programs for over fifteen years where she facilitated change management strategies and initiatives to impact reduction and reinvestment efforts in jurisdictions across the country. She is a natural coach and motivator who remains fiercely devoted to the potential of others. Phyllis earned both her Bachelor of Arts and Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington in 1987 and 1990 respectively.
