Jay Fulcher is a fiscal tech for The Alliance.
Prior to joining the organization, he was a document specialist for the Swedish Billing Dept, a financial guardian, VA Custodian, and non-profit bookkeeper.
He is certified in QuickBooks and Epic, has advanced Excel skills and is meticulous by nature. He collaborates smoothly with coworkers and supports a positive work environment.
He completed a Fine Arts degree at the University of Texas at Austin.
Jay is an avid cyclist with a passion for antiquity, human evolution, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
Domin manages the Wakaya project.

Born and raised in Kennewick, WA, Nick comes to Forefront after living in Washington,DC since 2009 where he worked on a successful Presidential campaign and for the National Association of Social Workers. He has extensive visual communications experience serving clients in the nonprofit, corporate, and academic sectors with his photography and video editing company.
Miriam Sosa is a data wrangler and information manager, helping share data across the Alliance and capture the essential work done for children and families in the state of Washington. She also works to clean, analyze, and visualize data to monitor key performance indicators.
Sherling DiGioia is the program finance manager at the Alliance. In her position she oversees the budget, reporting and contracting functions, as well as state and university funds. She has the integral responsibility of reporting and counseling senior management on financial matters. She is also responsible for mentoring, training and supervising a growing team.
In his role as contract manager, Jared brings a wealth of experience that will support the Alliance efforts in sourcing, contracting, and accounting. He has bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Political Science from Seattle Pacific University and a certificate in fiscal management from the UW.
Prior to joining the UW/Alliance, he was with YMCA of Greater Seattle supervising staff in the school age before and after school programs, and then with the Y’s Social Impact Center in Transitional Housing Program.
