Caroline James serves as a lecturer and faculty member in the Office of Field Education, teaching and facilitating student field education placements with students across the School’s academic programs, including the MSW Extended Degree Program, MSW Day Program, MSW Advanced Standing Program and the BASW Program.

Arden Hellmann serves as a lecturer and faculty member in the Office of Field Education, working with graduate and undergraduate students. 

Arden’s career began in Seattle working for and helping to start a community-based organization, partnering with communities, schools and families to help children and youth thrive in schools. She went on to help start and manage a family support center and then pivoted and provided grant administration and program oversite for new funding streams for both private and public organizations.

Meghan Romanelli’s research program primarily aims to understand and address the multisystemic factors that lead to mental health disparities among LGTBQ communities, with a focus on the role of service access and treatment engagement.

David Huh is a quantitative and clinical psychologist whose research focuses on advancing quantitative methodology in behavioral health intervention and health disparities research. His areas of research include alcohol use, chronic illness, suicide prevention, and culturally informed intervention with American Indian and Alaska Native communities and other underserved populations.
