For Urgent Needs
For example a projector setup has not been delivered after you received a confirmation or if you are unable to send email to firstname.lastname@example.org, then :
Call 206-685-2295 which rings multiple IT support phones. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message and tell us what room you are in. SSW Tech staff will then see your phone number and hear your voicemail on their smartphones during normal business hours and they will respond as soon as possible.
- Visit Room 12 on the ground floor of the UW Social Work building by the South entrance (student staffed with variable schedules.)
For Non-urgent Needs
For the most efficient help with equipment setup, desktop support, file permissions, new projects, websites, learning management, audio/video, etc. please email the helpdesk system at:
so all SSW Tech staff can see your request. This will establish a Help Desk ticket until your issue is resolved.
